7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your Order ID and a clear photo of the product.
3. Our team will guide you on how to send the item back to us via courier.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa for COD orders) within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items purchased during clearance sales or flash sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
